Brief Introduction

Dr. Bo Peng,  Assistant Professor, Doctoral Supervisor.


Research Interests: Operating System, Cloud Computing and Virtualization, and Memory & Storage Systems.


His long-term research focuses on operating system design and virtualization technologies for heterogeneous memory and storage hardware (such NVM, CXL, and NVMe), as well as heterogeneous memory storage architectures tailored for advanced heterogeneous computing systems (including CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs).

He has published over 10 papers as the first or corresponding author in top-tier conference and journals such as OSDI, ATC, ASPLOS, IEEE TC, and ACM TACO. Additionally, he has filed  over 10 national invention patent applications, 8 of which have been granted.

He has led four national- and provincial/ministerial-level research projects—including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Program and the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation General Program—and has directed numerous university-industry collaboration projects with leading enterprises such as Huawei and Alibaba.
