Research Interests:

l  Use machine learning methods to solve the problems of natural language processing.

l  Focus on applications on Internet-based information retrieval and extraction

l  Work on hot topic/event detection and tracking, topic/event evolution, news event extraction and so on.

l  Apply database technologies for different applications.
